We’re supplying the sonic joy of an acoustic piano trio once again, this time helmed by the great Paul Cornish. Paul has already begun carving out a place himself in the pantheon of jazz piano legends, and has been a regular side man for contemporary greats like Joshua Redman, Louis Cole/KNOWER, Terrace Martin, and Kanye West. On top of that, he was just signed to the storied Blue Note record label, and is a sponsored Yamaha artist. Yahama is going to be wheeling in a best in class piano just for this gig, which will be a treat for everyone to hear in our usual intimate show environment.

Paul will be presenting his original music alongside two equally prolific collaborators, Jermaine Paul on bass, and Jonathan Pinson on drums, who have respectively played with a who’s who of contemporary jazz, pop, and hip-hop greats.

It’s been a fun challenge to work out the logistics of acoustic piano sets, and we’re thrilled to be able to present another show with this quintessential jazz instrumentation.

One other bit of exciting news is that this show is SPONSORED! As some might know, the finances of running jazz shows with top tier artists from out of town are challenging to put it lightly, and so it brings us great joy (and relief) to share that the legitimate best made-to-order salad masters at Sweet Green are sponsoring this show. Not only are they providing us with financial support, they are also supplying our band with delicious and wholesome meals to power the gig. We thank Sweet Green for their support of live jazz in Seattle, and we hope you all go pick up a salad in the spirit of live music.

To allow space for seating at the show, we will be doing two sets with a slightly lower capacity cap, at 7:30 and 8:45.

Grab your tickets and come enjoy another Goodbye Look banger!

This is a 21+ event.
